Responsibilities
- PROMPTLY Return Calls from Residents:
- Requesting Information on ACR Process
- Requesting Update on Outstanding ACR
- Explain ACR Process to Resident(s) w/ Sending Necessary Forms
- Communicate with Resident(s) to Facilitate Complete ACR Application
- Residents Whom Received ACR Violation will Need Education on Why Received
- Gather and Organize ALL Information Needed for Complete ACR
- Input and Update ACR Information in TOPs for CAM to Review and Facilitate Approval/Disapproval Process
- Relay Approval/Disapproval to Resident Via Phone and/or Letter from TOPs
