  • Communicate with Resident(s) to Facilitate Complete ACR Application
  • Residents Whom Received ACR Violation will Need Education on Why Received
  • Gather and Organize ALL Information Needed for Complete ACR
  • Input and Update ACR Information in TOPs for CAM to Review and Facilitate Approval/Disapproval Process
  • Relay Approval/Disapproval to Resident Via Phone and/or Letter from TOPs
