CMGT started with a simple observation: traditional property management wasn’t working for the communities and investors who needed it most. Boards were overwhelmed, property values were at risk, and one-person management companies couldn’t keep up with the demands of modern communities.
We built something different. By creating specialized teams, investing in technology, and maintaining a relentless focus on communication and transparency, we’ve grown from managing a handful of Louisiana communities to serving hundreds of associations and properties across the Gulf South. Our remote workforce model allows us to scale rapidly while keeping our overhead low and our service quality high—benefits we pass directly to our clients.
Today, we manage over 370 HOAs and 400+ rental units, with plans to expand to 1,000 communities by 2027. But growth has never been our primary goal. Our mission remains the same: Commit to Providing Solutions, Communicate with Compassion, and Care About the People and Properties We Serve.
