
Association Management
Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a great opportunity to work for an industry leader in Homeowner Association Management. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years experience and preferably have experience with multi line phone system.
Responsibilities but not limited to of the Customer Service Representative
- Act as first line of communication for emails
- Create and monitor reservation calendars on each association’s website (when applicable)
- Collect payments
- Contact new residents by phone when they move in
- Respond to all resident promptly
- Return emails same day
- Proactive conflict resolution before resident unrest escalates
- Update contact resident contact information
- Ensure all notes, attachments, etc. are up to date in management software
- Inform resident will need to schedule a time to discuss
- Take down times resident would be available
- Coordinate with cam to schedule time and notify resident
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
- Switchboard customer service experience is required
- Minimum 2 years experience is a must
- Experience or knowledge of Homeowners associations a plus
- Must be detailed oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask
